Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings.
- Create and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend business solutions.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to monitor project progress.
