Prepare for Scenario-Based Questions

Expect scenario-based questions that test your analytical and problem-solving skills. Think of specific examples from your experience where you've identified areas for improvement or successfully managed stakeholder expectations. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers.

Familiarise Yourself with Agile/Scrum

Showcase Your Documentation Skills

Documentation is key in this role, so bring examples of your work, like BRDs, FRDs, or user stories. If you’ve used tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio, mention them and explain how they helped streamline your documentation process.
