What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Italian or Mediterranean kitchens (preferred)
- Passion for high-quality ingredients and consistency
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with pride in their craft
- Own initiative, organisation, and strong kitchen discipline
- Creative flair with a love for classic Italian cooking.
Key Responsibilities.
- Prepare and cook dishes to Spaghetti Tree standards.
- Maintain cleanliness & kitchen organisation.
- Support stock control, prep & daily service flow.
- Work closely with senior chefs to uphold quality.
- Follow health & safety and food hygiene standards.
- Help contribute to menu development and specials.
