At Spaghetti Bridge, we're passionate about transforming the lives of children and young people through exceptional education and meaningful relationships. As our Group continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketing & Communications Lead to establish and lead our marketing, communications and public relations function.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, dynamic and adaptable marketing and communications professional who enjoys working at both a strategic and operational level. You'll lead the development and delivery of our marketing, communications and public relations strategy, helping to strengthen our brand, enhance our reputation and engage colleagues, families, partners and the wider community.
As this is a newly established function, we're looking for a proactive self-starter who enjoys building, shaping and continually improving. You'll be confident working independently, taking ownership of your area of responsibility and driving forward new ideas and initiatives, while building strong relationships across the Group. You'll be equally comfortable developing long-term strategy, delivering hands-on marketing and communications activity, and responding positively to emerging opportunities and challenges in a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the Group, you'll create compelling campaigns, develop engaging content, oversee internal and external communications, manage media relations, support school openings and recruitment campaigns, and identify innovative ways to tell our story and raise the profile of our schools and services.
We're looking for someone with significant experience in marketing, communications or public relations, exceptional written and interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating communications that inspire, engage and make a difference. You'll be commercially aware, highly organised and naturally collaborative, with the confidence to influence, challenge and support colleagues at all levels.
Most importantly, you'll share our passion for our mission. We believe that every communication should reflect who we are, why we exist and the difference we make to the lives of children and young people. You'll be committed to developing a deep understanding of our mission, values and approach, ensuring they are authentically reflected in our brand, communications and storytelling. You'll be excited by the opportunity to help others understand and connect with our purpose, bringing our mission to life through everything you do.
If you are looking for the opportunity to make your mark, shape a new function from the ground up and play a key role in the future of an ambitious, values-led organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
