Valley Bridge School is an independent special school for pupils aged 6 – 19, set in a beautiful location in Whaddon, near Gloucester. At Valley Bridge School, we adopt a creative, individualised approach for students who have barriers to learning associated with social, emotional, mental health and ASC needs. Our curriculum approach, Enterprise Learning, allows our students to rebuild confidence in their abilities, feel safe and supported, and gain skills and knowledge that will allow them to thrive in the modern world.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable and hard-working School Administrator who will be responsible for being front of house for our School. This is a term time only post. The administrator will support the smooth running of daily operations of the School during peak times. They will provide high quality, efficient and effective administrative support. Based in the reception area, they will be a confident communicator and able to adopt a flexible approach. This is by nature a very varied role, which requires a high level of versatility and the ability to multi-task.

Our pupils aged from 6 - 19 have needs associated with SEMH and ASC, so experience of working within a school/SEN environment would be an advantage but is not essential. This role is 37.5 hours a week term time only and the successful candidate will be required to work between 08.30-16.30.
