About the school
Newly opened in September, Oak Bridge School is set within the beautiful surroundings of Lloyd Park, just outside of Croydon. This is an extensive campus currently being refurbished in line with our Beautiful Schools philosophy. The design reflects our belief that inspiring, carefully considered environments enable rich, varied learning experiences and wellbeing for all.
About the role
As a teacher at Oak Bridge School, you will create engaging learning experiences through project-based learning, helping students develop confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning.
We are seeking experienced teachers who are passionate about alternative education and curriculum innovation, and who are committed to supporting young people to overcome barriers and succeed.
You will bring:
- Experience working within a SEND, SEMH or ASC setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
- High aspirations for every young person, with a belief in their potential to succeed.
- A creative and curious approach to teaching and learning.
- A professional, reflective and process-driven approach to your work.
- Good subject and curriculum knowledge
