We’re looking for an experienced and passionate teacher to join us as we open our new school -Oak Bridge School, opening to students inSeptember 2026.
Part of theSpaghetti Bridge Group, Oak Bridge will support students who experience barriers to learning through our uniquethree-stage curriculum, designed to develop 21st century skills and a lifelong love of learning. Oak Bridge School is set within the beautiful surroundings ofLloyd Park, just outside of Croydon. This is an extensive campus currently being refurbished in line with our Beautiful Schools philosophy. The design reflects our belief that inspiring, carefully considered environments enable rich, varied learning experiences and wellbeing for all.
About the role
As a teacher at Oak Bridge School, you will create engaging learning experiences throughproject-based learning, helping students develop confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning.
We are seekingexperienced teachers who are passionate about alternative education and curriculum innovation, and who are committed to supporting young people to overcome barriers and succeed.
You will bring:
- Experience working within aSEND, SEMH or ASC setting.
- A genuinepassion for supporting students with additional needs.
