A fabulous and exciting opportunity to be part of shaping our brand new school; Oak Bridge School, opening in September 2026. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self‑motivated caretaker who would like to provide a key role in maintaining our school sites. Part of the Spaghetti Bridge Group, Oak Bridge School is due to open in September 2026, for students & pupils aged 6 – 19. Set within the beautiful surroundings of Lloyd Park, just outside of Croydon. This is an extensive campus currently being refurbished in line with our Beautiful Schools philosophy. The design reflects our belief that inspiring, carefully considered environments enable rich, varied learning experiences and wellbeing for all.
Please note, a full UK driving licence is required for this role.
Duties will include:
- Maintenance of property and grounds to a high standard
- Monitor site stock and order supplies
- Carry out DIY above and beyond the scope of a competent DIY person, completing more specialist work as required.
- Carry out and record statutory checks and help maintain Health and Safety records
This is a full time, 52 week post, the hours will be 37.5 per week, falling between 7.30am-5pm, but can be discussed and agreed with the Site Lead, based on the needs of the school.
