SpaFlo Ltd is a rapidly growing specialist manufacturing and installation company. We focus on the bespoke manufacture of stainless-steel swimming pools, spas and hot tubs. We are now looking to expand and have an opportunity for a multi-skilled individual to develop and maintain our design and manufacturing process.
To successfully perform this role, the candidate would be required to learn swimming pool regulations/guidelines and would be required to attend various training courses as needed. This role requires a team player, able to work to deadlines and has the ability to use their own initiative.
Position Details:
- Permanent, starting immediately
- 41.5 Hours per week; Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00, Friday 08:30 to 16:00
- Starting Salary - Negotiable £30,000.00 - £40,000.00
Job Specification:
Predominantly a CAD based role, there will also be elements of project management, administration, site works, factory assistance and direct assistance/liaison with clients and the company MD. The role will include:
- 2D AutoCAD and 3D Solidworks fabrication drawings
- Being responsible for the design, manufacture and maintaining progress of all projects
- Liaising directly with customers to understand and deliver their requirements
- Communicating progress to clients weekly
- Completing all projects efficiently and in a cost-effective manner
- Altering processes to increase throughput where needed
- Improving designs and processes to streamline the business
- Assisting factory works and stock takes as required
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years 2D and 3D CAD package experience (AutoCAD and SolidWorks)
- Eligible to work in the UK and currently residing locally
- Fluent/excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Good understanding of construction and engineering
- Keen problem-solving skills
- Strong self-organisational skills
- Highly competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook packages
- Good leadership / people management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
Training will be provided where needed. We do not operate any shift work, but there will be the opportunity of overtime during busy periods.
