About The Role

We are looking for a Business & Data Analyst to support our global Business Development, Marketing, and Media Sales teams in driving revenue growth and innovation across:

  • Inflight Entertainment (IFE) content
  • Digital products and OTT platforms
  • Creative and branded content services
  • Airline media sales and advertising

This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial strategy, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support client acquisition, monetization strategies, and product development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Content, and Technology, helping shape data-driven decisions for airline partners and advertisers. You will play a critical role in transforming our business into a data-driven, platform-led media and content company, enabling smarter decisions, better client outcomes, and scalable growth.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Commercial & Business Development Analytics
    • Analyze airline passenger data, content consumption, and media performance to identify revenue opportunities
    • Support RFPs, pitches, and proposals with data-backed insights and market intelligence
    • Develop business cases and ROI models for new products and partnerships
    • Identify upsell opportunities across IFE content, advertising, and digital services
  • Media & Marketing Performance Analysis
    • Track and optimize advertising performance (CPM, fill rates, engagement, conversions)
    • Build dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness across IFE and digital channels
    • Support development of audience segmentation and persona models
    • Contribute to data-driven storytelling for advertisers
  • Product & Data Strategy Support
    • Support development of data-driven IFE and OTT products
    • Analyze user behavior and personalization strategies
    • Work with Product teams to define KPIs and analytics frameworks
    • Identify opportunities for data monetization and new revenue streams
  • Data Engineering & Automation (Python)
    • Develop and maintain data pipelines and analysis tools using Python
    • Automate reporting processes and build scalable data workflows
    • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources (CMS, IFE systems, ad servers, APIs)
    • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling
  • Business Development Tools & Systems
    • Manage and optimize use of BD and sales tools, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
    • BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
    • Marketing analytics platforms
    • Proposal and pipeline management tools
    • Support pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales performance tracking
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
  • Market & Industry Insights
    • Conduct research on aviation, IFE, digital media, and advertising markets
    • Monitor competitors and emerging trends (OTT, personalization, retail media)
    • Translate insights into strategic recommendations

About You

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or consulting
  • Experience in media, aviation, advertising, or digital platforms is a strong advantage

Technical Skills (Essential)

  • Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy, data visualization, APIs)
  • Experience with SQL and data modeling
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and automation
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus

Business Development & Analytics Tools

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad servers)
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Ability to translate data into commercial insights and sales strategies

Analytical & Commercial Skills
