We’re looking for a trainee dental nurse to join our growing practice in Tewkesbury. Applicants are invited to apply.
Responsibilities
- Attend the recognised dental nurse training programme and work across SpaDental Tewkesbury and Ledbury.
- Schedule and support work hours between Monday and Saturday, with flexibility for weekend and evening shifts.
- Use reliable transport to travel between the two practices as required.
- Study for examinations in your own time while earning a valuable qualification.
- Support the clinical team in providing a wide range of quality dental treatment to patients.
- Set up and close down the surgery.
- Clean and decontaminate instruments in line with infection control policies.
- Provide chair-side assistance during dental treatments.
- Uphold and adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Book appointments, answer and make phone calls, and take payments.
Qualifications
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn on the job and manage study time effectively.
- Demonstrated willingness to support the team and follow infection control standards.
