We’re looking for a trainee dental nurse to join our growing practice in Tewkesbury. Applicants are invited to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Attend the recognised dental nurse training programme and work across SpaDental Tewkesbury and Ledbury.
  • Schedule and support work hours between Monday and Saturday, with flexibility for weekend and evening shifts.
  • Use reliable transport to travel between the two practices as required.
  • Study for examinations in your own time while earning a valuable qualification.
  • Support the clinical team in providing a wide range of quality dental treatment to patients.
  • Set up and close down the surgery.
  • Clean and decontaminate instruments in line with infection control policies.
  • Provide chair-side assistance during dental treatments.
  • Uphold and adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Book appointments, answer and make phone calls, and take payments.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn on the job and manage study time effectively.
  • Demonstrated willingness to support the team and follow infection control standards.
