Your role:
- An Accountable Sales Leader – own your cluster, drive revenue and close deals from first tour to final signature.
- A Relationship Architect – build rapport with high‑value clients and nurture broker and agency relationships.
- A Skilled Negotiator – exceed targets, manage complex contracts and protect desk‑rate value.
- Commercially Sharp – monitor competitor market and inform pricing tactics.
- An Entrepreneurial Collaborator – work autonomously with Community Managers and Head of Office Sales to ensure member experience and retention.
Your Focus:
- Commercial closing and revenue generation – manage negotiations and meet sales targets.
- Ensure overall revenue strategy – maximise desk‑rate value and occupancy across cluster.
- Partner with Head of Office Sales on pre‑launch strategies and marketing initiatives.
Sales Process & Relationship Ownership:
- Host tours and lead‑building activities to raise lead flow and brand awareness.
- Generate new leads via networking and outreach.
- Deliver accurate, data‑led reporting on performance, pipeline health and KPIs using HubSpot.
Cluster Management & Operational Support:
- Act as a market expert – monitor competitor products and pricing.
- Liaise with onsite Community Teams to ensure first experience is world‑class.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Demonstrable B2B sales and negotiation experience in coworking or commercial real estate.
- Track record of exceeding high‑value sales targets.
- Expert use of CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, organised and capable of managing multiple buildings autonomously.
Success in this role is achieved through:
- Closed deals – exceed target occupancy and average desk rates within first 12 months.
- Broker network – establish high‑value broker and agency partners generating quality inbound leads.
- New openings – contribute to successful pre‑launch and sales performance of at least one new location.
