You know a brand without growth is vanity, and growth without a brand is fragile. You’ve mastered both, and now you’re ready to take full ownership of the system.
Spacemade is reshaping the world of flexible workspace. With 15+ locations across the UK, we create hospitality-led workspaces that foster meaningful connections and deliver a frictionless, people-first experience.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of building a brand with meaning and a marketing engine with muscle, driving both Spacemade\’s reputation and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with senior leadership, you’ll protect and amplify our brand while engineering the campaigns and systems that turn awareness into pipeline.
You will be:
- A brand-to-growth connector: fluent in how brand investment drives lead quality and conversion, not just awareness
- Experienced in running integrated campaigns that balance long-term brand equity with short-term commercial results
- A confident hands-on CRM marketer, ideally with HubSpot, skilled in segmentation, nurture flows, and reporting
- Commercially literate and outcome-focused — comfortable with CPA, CPL, CVR, and connecting them to revenue growth
- A people manager with experience developing junior marketers and getting the best out of agencies and freelancers
Your Focus:
- Guard, grow and amplify the brand: Translate Spacemade’s positioning (“Meaningful Connections”, hospitality-first, community storytelling) into campaigns and content that cut through, maximise visibility and build brand equity
- Feed the funnel: Ensure top-of-funnel activity doesn’t just generate “noise” but actively primes and nurtures the right audiences, so the pipeline is never starved
- Engineer growth outcomes: Design campaigns that turn awareness into qualified demand, connecting brand and performance marketing into one seamless, measurable system.
- Own central MQL capture & nurture: Drive website performance, SEO, and HubSpot CRM flows to improve enquiry quality
- Manage the team: Lead and coach the Marketing Executive (Content & SEO) and Social Media Content Creator to produce work that ladders up to brand and growth objectives.
- Partner with others: Work with the Field Marketing Manager on GTM launches, and with agencies/freelancers to deliver brand and growth outcomes with measurable ROI.
Success is Measured By
- Integrated campaigns increase both brand equity and qualified private office leads.
- Enquiry quality improves (higher conversion rates, larger desk sizes) through website and CRM optimisation.
- Top-of-funnel brand activity consistently primes the pipeline.
- Junior marketers grow into capable specialists with ownership of clear outcomes.
- Agencies and partners deliver ROI, with brand and performance activity fully aligned.
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You can move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and hands-on delivery.
- You’re equally excited by brand building and lead generation, and know how to balance them.
- You’re a bi-focal thinker, balancing immediate performance needs with long-term brand-building
- You have a growth mindset: You’re curious, resourceful, seek improvement — looks for smarter, more effective ways to unlock growth
- You’re outcome-driven, with the ability to prioritise the biggest growth levers, keep the team focused on impact not activity, and pivot fast when priorities shift.
- You’re collaborative and emotionally intelligent, able to build trust and navigate stakeholders with competing priorities.
- You’re pragmatic and agile, driven by progress over perfection, adapting quickly to shifting data and business needs.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Extensive experience in marketing, with proven success in both brand and growth campaigns.
- Hands-on experience running integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning online and offline
- Hands-on experience of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and lead junior team members to deliver against objectives and KPIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for brand design consistency and detail.
- A commercial mindset with ability to link marketing activities directly to pipeline, conversion and revenue outcomes.
- Experience with long-cycle, high-value sales: familiarity with B2B or B2B2C environments where brand trust and nurture are critical to driving conversion.
- CRO and UX optimisation: skilled at improving website journeys and enquiry flows to boost conversion rates and lead quality.
- Content-led growth: ability to use storytelling, thought leadership, and editorial content to fuel demand and strengthen brand credibility.
- Partnership marketing expertise: building and leveraging external partnerships to amplify reach and brand impact.
- Prior experience in property, hospitality, coworking, or flexible workspace is helpful but not essential – transferable skills are valued.
