You’re the kind of person who gets a buzz from making things happen. You take pride in delivering campaigns on time, with precision, and with polish. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be hands-on across brand, growth, and local demand generation... this one’s for you. Spacemade is reshaping the world of flexible workspace. With 15+ locations across the UK, we create hospitality-led workspaces that drive meaningful connections and deliver a frictionless, people-first experience. Marketing is at the heart of that growth.
In this role, you’ll be the executional muscle of the marketing team. One day you’ll be loading content into HubSpot, the next you’ll be pulling reports, coordinating GTM launches, or making sure a campaign looks sharp across email, social, and landing pages. You’ll be working closely with both our Marketing Manager (Brand & Growth) and our Field Marketing Manager, giving you exposure to the full marketing funnel.
You will be:
- Someone with around 2 years’ marketing experience in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
- Confident using CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.
- Hands-on with email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Organised and detail-obsessed, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Curious and willing to grow — picking up new tools and skills quickly.
- A team player who brings energy and reliability to every campaign.
Your Focus:
- Execute campaigns across email, blogs, social, and landing pages — ensuring everything goes live on time and on brand.
- Assist with CRM-led campaigns: workflows, list building, reporting (in HubSpot or similar).
- Support go-to-market launches: from event logistics to local campaign set-up and collateral.
- Keep content flowing: upload and distribute blogs, newsletters, case studies, and acquisition materials.
- Own day-to-day reporting pulls (campaign performance, enquiries, MQLs) and maintain clean dashboards.
- Be the detail guardian: ensuring accuracy and consistency across all execution.
Success is measured by:
- Campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time, and to brand standard.
- Dashboards and reports are accurate and trusted by the team.
- Content is consistently published across all channels.
- You’ve supported 3–4 GTM launches with flawless execution.
- Landlord campaigns and events are well-supported with collateral and logistics.
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You’re an achiever — ticking things off the list gives you a buzz.
- You take responsibility and deliver reliably, even when juggling multiple requests.
- You’re adaptable — able to switch between tasks without losing focus.
- You’re detail-focused and take pride in accuracy across every task.
- You’re hungry to learn and see this role as a launchpad to bigger things in marketing.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Prior experience in a marketing role, ideally digital-first or fast-paced.
- CMS experience (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
- Email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Experience supporting campaign reporting (dashboards, MQL/SQL, performance metrics).
- Familiarity with paid media processes (creative trafficking, reporting).
- Exposure to GTM launches or events (nice-to-have).
- HubSpot CRM experience (lists, workflows, reporting) a bonus.
