Your Role
- A Senior Commercial Operator with years of venue or hospitality meetings and events sales experience, trusted to run a territory rather than just chase individual leads.

Your Focus
- Strategic Revenue Ownership: You’ll own the M&E revenue strategy across the portfolio, identifying new market opportunities and optimising yield to exceed ambitious targets.
- Proactive Business Development: You’ll lead outbound outreach to target high-value corporate clients and agencies, building a pipeline of repeat, long-term partners.
