Spacemade is reshaping the world of flexible workspace. We create hospitality-led environments designed for meaningful connections, underpinned by a commercial system that converts demand into revenue. After a major Hubspot upgrade, the core structure is in place. This role is focused on driving adoption, optimisation, and performance - turning it into a high-performing revenue engine.
Role and Reporting
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Growth, the CRM Manager will take ownership of HubSpot as the system connecting Marketing, Sales, and Community. You will ensure that data, workflows, and reporting are accurate, scalable, and actively driving pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes. This is a system ownership role with direct commercial impact.
Your Focus
- Own HubSpot end-to-end: Act as the primary administrator across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs, ensuring the system reflects how the business operates and scales effectively.
- Drive adoption and correct usage: Ensure teams are using HubSpot consistently and correctly through training, support, and clear processes.
- Enable Marketing, Sales & Community Operations performance: Support segmentation, campaign execution and pipeline management through well-structured data and automation.
- Optimise lifecycle and workflows: Refine lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing and automation to improve conversion, speed and consistency.
- Develop reporting and dashboards: Build and maintain clear reporting across enquiries, tours, deals, and revenue.
- Maintain data quality and governance: Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions and lifecycle rules to keep the system clean and reliable.
- Turn data into decisions: Surface where performance is breaking, prioritise the highest-impact opportunities, and implement changes that improve conversion and revenue outcomes.
Success is Measured By
- HubSpot is trusted and consistently used across teams.
- Data quality is high and maintained without ongoing clean-up.
- Leads flow seamlessly through the funnel with clear visibility at every stage.
- Workflows run reliably and support day-to-day operations.
- Conversion rates improve across key funnel stages (Lead → MQL → SQL → Deal) through better structure and automation.
- Reporting provides clear visibility into pipeline performance and revenue drivers.
- Teams are able to operate faster with fewer manual workarounds.
Your Profile
- Think in systems, not tasks and understand how data, workflows, and lifecycle stages connect end-to-end.
- Are comfortable stepping into an existing setup and improving how it performs, rather than rebuilding from scratch.
- Can combine technical execution with analytical thinking, being equally confident building workflows and diagnosing performance.
- Can spot inefficiencies early and prioritise fixes based on impact, not effort.
- Are highly structured and disciplined with data, paying close attention to accuracy, consistency, and long-term scalability.
- Can balance precision with pragmatism, optimising what matters without over-engineering.
- Can drive commercial outcomes through CRM, ensuring structure, data, and process directly improve pipeline, conversion and revenue.
- Are collaborative and direct, with an ability to align teams, challenge where needed, and drive consistent ways of working.
Skills & Knowledge
- Extensive hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM across Marketing and Sales Hubs.
- Proven track record optimising existing CRM architectures to improve performance, not just maintaining them.
- Deep expertise in workflows, lifecycle design, lead scoring and automation logic.
