This is more than a front-desk roleâitâs about creating connections, delivering exceptional service, and building a thriving workspace culture.
What youâll be doing
- Welcome members and ensure a seamless experience.
- Build relationships and foster belonging.
- Plan and host engaging community events.
- Assist with new member onboarding.
- Conduct workspace tours and convert prospects.
- Manage CRM data and followâups.
- Partner with marketing to highlight community stories.
- Maintain high standards across the space.
- Conduct building walkâthroughs and address facility issues.
