What you’ll be doing

  • Welcome members and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Build relationships and foster belonging.
  • Plan and host engaging community events.
  • Assist with new member onboarding.
  • Conduct workspace tours and convert prospects.
  • Manage CRM data and follow‑ups.
  • Partner with marketing to highlight community stories.
  • Maintain high standards across the space.
  • Conduct building walk‑throughs and address facility issues.
