This is more than a front-desk role—it’s about creating connections, delivering exceptional service, and building a thriving workspace culture. You’ll lead events, problem‑solve with a smile, and ensure every member feels like they belong.
What you’ll be doing
Community & Member Engagement
- Be the first face our members see each day -welcoming, assisting, and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Build relationships with members, understanding their needs and fostering a sense of belonging.
- Plan and host engaging events that bring the community together.
- Assist with new member onboarding, making their move-in process effortless.
Sales & Growth
- Conduct workspace tours, showcasing the Spacemade experience and converting prospects into members.
- Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate data and follow-ups.
- Partner with marketing to highlight community stories and perks.
Operations & Facilities
- Maintain high standards across the space, liaising with operations and maintenance teams.
- Conduct regular building walk-throughs, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Address any facility or member issues promptly and professionally.
