About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our UK team. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day sales administration and order fulfilment, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You’ll work collaboratively across departments and play a key role in the growth and expansion of our UK operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders from start to finish: booking, scheduling, arranging deliveries, invoicing, and credits.
- Respond to customer and colleague requests for product information, quotations, tender documents, and confirmations.
- Manage calls, emails, and chats professionally, prioritising requests and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor returns (RGAs), and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Support loan stock requests and keep ERP/CRM systems updated.
- Run and update reports, spreadsheets, and assist with process improvements.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration experience in a customer sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (ERP/CRM experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Additional language skills beyond English are desirable.
