We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive the development of innovative medical software solutions that improve patient care and clinical workflows. Acting as the bridge between product strategy and engineering, you will translate user needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals into actionable development tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain product vision aligned with business objectives, user needs, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and write technical features.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, manage backlog, and ensure delivery of compliant, usable software.
  • Support usability testing, coordinate dependencies, and contribute to regulatory documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years as a Product Owner or Project Manager in Agile software development.
  • Experience in medical device development under IEC 62304, ISO 14971, and 21 CFR Part 820.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex projects across stakeholders.

Preferred: patient monitoring experience, usability testing, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Azure DevOps.

Additional: Willingness to travel up to 15% and work across global time zones.
