Spacehouse Limited is seeking a Housing Officer in Seaham, Durham, to join our Homeless Prevention team. The role is temporary until October 2027 to cover maternity leave, with a salary of £31,015–£34,811 and a hybrid working arrangement.
You will assess housing and support needs, develop Personal Housing Plans, and coordinate with customers, landlords and agencies to prevent homelessness and sustain accommodation.
