Essex County Council is seeking a Youth Support Worker to support community youth work development and direct face-to-face work with young people in a team. You will help ensure positive experiences by identifying priorities with young people and co-developing activities.
The role requires a Level 2+ Youth Work qualification, good numeracy and literacy, and the ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends. A driving licence or mobility—via other means—is required.
