Hours: 37 hours per week
We are looking to appoint a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control Team.
The post holder will work in a picturesque rural Borough and help to ensure new buildings, alterations, installations and extensions meet the regulatory standards of safety, sustainability, accessibility and design.
You will be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2d (minimum) Building Inspector, have a relevant degree with full membership of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or other relevant professional membership, and a minimum 5 years’ experience in a Building Control section.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
