About Spacegoods
Spacegoods is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands today in the UK, with a mission to help people unlock their full potential—mentally and physically—through premium functional beverage products. Launched in 2022, we’ve gone from £0 to 8 figures peryear in revenue, building a cult following with hero products such as Rainbow Dust.
We\’re now gearing up for our next chapter: expanding across Europe, launching new products, doubling down on retention, and scaling to £30M+ in revenue—all while operating with lean, high-performance principles. We’re also already backed by some of the most prominent food & bev investors in Europe, and have very ambitious goals of building a truly category-defining brand over the next few years!
The Mission
To build and execute a world-class organic social strategy that drives brand equity, content virality, and measurable revenue growth across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels. We want Spacegoods to become the most engaging and recognisable wellness brand online — you’ll be the person to make that happen.
The Role
This is not a fluff, post-and-hope content role. We\’re looking for a high-performance operator who understands the relationship between great creative and commercial outcomes. You’ll be responsible for growing our reach, community and content output across all major platforms, feeding our paid social pipeline, and ultimately driving bottom-line growth.
You’ll work directly with the Founder and Creative Lead, own all things organic social, and build a best-in-class presence from strategy through to execution.
What You’ll Own
– Develop and execute a high-performance content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn
– Own and run the social content calendar — planning, scripting, posting, iterating
– Work with internal team, freelancers or agencies to create scroll-stopping short-form video content: ideation, filming, editing
– Collaborate with the paid ads team to feed organic-first UGC and creative for performance testing
– Track performance and growth across all KPIs — followers, engagement, reach, clicks, and sales impact
– Manage influencer/creator briefs and relationships to source consistently high-quality UGC
– Be in touch with the culture — understand trends, memes, hooks and moments to jump on
– Show up in content when needed — this is a “get in the game” role, not a behind-the-scenes one
What We’re Looking For
– 2+ years in a social/content/brand role, ideally at a high-growth DTC brand
– Proven track record building brand accounts from the ground up — or scaling existing ones to 100k+
– Deep knowledge of TikTok, Reels, and short-form video editing — either creating or directing others
– Commercial mindset — you care about what performs, not just what looks good
– Strong copywriting, editing and scripting ability
– Extremely online — you get culture, you move fast, and you never miss a trend
– Comfortable behind the camera or briefing creators to deliver high-quality assets
Nice-to-Haves
– Experience in wellness, health, fitness or supplements
– Personal or niche page success (memes, fitness, aesthetics, etc.)
– Design chops — Canva, Figma, or basic video editing
– Creator/influencer network or personal content following
What You’ll Get
– Direct exposure to founder and creative strategy
– Full ownership of a core growth channel
– Opportunity to build and lead the most one of the most exciting wellness brands in the UK
– Fast-paced environment with freedom to execute and move quickly
– Competitive salary + performance-based bonus + product allowance
– Remote or London-based with flexible working
What Success Looks Like
– Level up the aesthetics of our content and feeds across all channel in line with our vision to premiumise our brand ready for the next chapter of growth
– Cultivate more community across socials by engaging our existing audiences while also bringing in new ones
– Develop and execute an aggressive and strategic organic viral marketing strategy year-round to ensure we’re driving as many eyeballs, web traffic and revenue from our owned social media channels
– Build relationships and collaborate with relevant brands, influencers and locations to make sure we’re always reaching complimentary audiences and trying new things
– Be obsessed with internet and social culture to ensure we’re always ahead of trends, reactive to key moments and leveraging opportunities for internet fame wherever possible
– Work closely with the founder, internal team and external agencies to level up our social presence across the board
