This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Software Engineering. Based in London, United Kingdom, the role allows for a blend of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Head of Software Engineering will oversee software development workflows, drive architecture decisions, lead and grow our engineering teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects aligned with organizational goals.

  • Proven expertise in Software Development, with experience in designing, coding, testing, and deploying complex software systems.
  • Strong skills in Team Management and Team Leadership, with a track record of guiding and mentoring engineering teams to drive high performance.
  • Experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

This role requires that the successful candidate be able to get UK security clearance and be a UK citizen.
