Software Engineer - Automotive

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Software Engineering. Based in London, United Kingdom, the role allows for a blend of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Head of Software Engineering will oversee software development workflows, drive architecture decisions, lead and grow our engineering teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects aligned with organizational goals. Spaceflux is a UK-based space intelligence company specializing in space domain awareness and AI-driven insights for allied governments, defense, and commercial operators. Leveraging a proprietary global network of optical sensors and the AI-powered Cortex platform, Spaceflux delivers continuous orbital observations and critical intelligence analyses. Proven expertise in Software Development, with experience in designing, coding, testing, and deploying complex software systems
Strong skills in Team Management and Team Leadership, with a track record of guiding and mentoring engineering teams to drive high performance
Experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
This role requires that the successful candidate by able to get UK security clearance and be a UK citizen.
