The predicted salary is between 33600 - 46500 £ per year.

The role requires the post holder to be involved in the delivery of a variety of Occupational Health tasks which aims to promote health, safety and well being among all our staff. This role is a case management role doing up to 5 cases per day - management referrals or PPQ clearances. We would consider hybrid working for this role.

Main duties of the job include:

  • Predominantly case management
  • Pre-employment assessments
  • Participating in the reduction and management of presenteeism and absenteeism
  • Delivering and promoting the health and well being strategy
  • Working collaboratively with key personnel such as managers, HR, psychological services, OH physician, physiotherapists and other available services that our staff can access via Occupational Health

As a qualified OH Advisor you will be required to work autonomously but you will be working within a friendly, enthusiastic, helpful in house multi-disciplinary team and you will be fully supported at all times.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Registered Nurse
  • Occupational Health qualification

Desirable qualifications include:

  • NHS experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience post OH qualification
