The predicted salary is between 33600 - 46500 £ per year.
The role requires the post holder to be involved in the delivery of a variety of Occupational Health tasks which aims to promote health, safety and well being among all our staff. This role is a case management role doing up to 5 cases per day - management referrals or PPQ clearances. We would consider hybrid working for this role.
Main duties of the job include:
- Predominantly case management
- Pre-employment assessments
- Participating in the reduction and management of presenteeism and absenteeism
- Delivering and promoting the health and well being strategy
- Working collaboratively with key personnel such as managers, HR, psychological services, OH physician, physiotherapists and other available services that our staff can access via Occupational Health
As a qualified OH Advisor you will be required to work autonomously but you will be working within a friendly, enthusiastic, helpful in house multi-disciplinary team and you will be fully supported at all times.
Essential qualifications include:
- Registered Nurse
- Occupational Health qualification
Desirable qualifications include:
- NHS experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience post OH qualification
