Main Duties

  • Providing safe, clinically effective and individualised care to women throughout their pregnancy journey.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, responding to the unique needs of women and their families with the latest research and public health initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Essential
  • Registered Midwife with active NMC registration and a Diploma/Degree in Midwifery Studies.
  • At least 2 years recent NHS experience in midwifery.
  • Mentorship preparation or equivalent.
  • Evidence of post‐registration education.
  • Desirable
    • NIPE trained.
    • Degree in Midwifery.
    • NLS trained.
    • PROMPT trained.

    Contract Details

    • Band 6 – £38,682 to £46,580 a year pro rata (full‐time equivalent).
    • Permanent contract.
    • Location: Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, Odstock Road, Salisbury, SP2 8BJ.

    UK Professional Registration

    Applicants must hold current UK professional registration.
