Job Summary
Salisbury Therapy Services is looking for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to support patient pathways and new projects within our friendly NHS Trust.
Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and manage a caseload of patients across various wards and departments.
- Support and mentor Therapy Assistants, contributing to service improvement.
- Act within broad occupational policies and be accountable for your actions.
- Participate in service development, staff training and internal leadership training.
Qualifications
- HCPC registration (or qualifying by Aug 2025).
- BSc, Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working in the NHS (including student placements) β an advantage.
- Desire to work at Salisbury Foundation Trust.
Additional Information
Band 5 β Permanent β Full-time β Salary Β£31,049 to Β£37,796 a year (pro rata part-time).
