We looking for an experienced Maintenance Handy Person to join our team in St Andrews supporting our student accommodation in the town.

The Role
Are you reliable, motivated and hardworking?
Do you have any building/trade experience or enjoy completing DIY projects in your spare time?
If the answer is yes then why not join our maintenance team?
You will be required to complete general maintenance and this could be different general maintenance works around the hotels; examples of this could include general plumbing, joinery, tiling and some electrical work maybe required.

- Previous building/trade experience or a basic rounded knowledge of DIY
- Good communication skills in order to respond promptly and positively to requests
- The position will require you to work independently (as well as within a team) so self-motivation is very important
