We’re hiring in Hove, South Coast. We are an independent B2B brand, comms and marketing agency helping global clients operating in some of the most cutting-edge, technically complex industries say exactly the right thing - clearly, boldly, and without the noise. From brand and campaign implementation to animated explainers and proof-of-concept demos, we help clients confidently and effectively connect with their audiences and truly differentiate along the way.

The role: We’re looking for a midweight creative with 3-4 years experience working with B2B clients in science, engineering, technology, and defence. You’ll take briefs from concept to execution, lead your own projects, collaborate with other team members, and consistently raise the bar on your craft. This isn’t a role for people who like to play it safe. We need someone who digs into the details, finds the point, and builds bold creative solutions around it. A fire for motion editing and digital are essential.

What you bring:

  • A strategic-thinker who thrives on solving challenges through bold, straight-to-the-point design and creative.
  • A passion for getting to the heart of a brief before building a multi-faceted and effective solution.
  • The ability to explore and rationalise a range of ideas and thinking.
  • The confidence to drive your own projects forward, or work as part of a team to bring others with you.
  • Experience working with B2B clients or in technically challenging industries.

You’ll be comfortable using:

  • Full Adobe Suite
  • Figma

Working across:

  • Motion - Video and animation
  • Digital - UX/UI/Responsiveness/Journey Planning
  • Print Artworking
