The role: We're looking for a midweight creative with 3-4 years experience working with B2B clients in science, engineering, technology and defence. What you bring:
- A strategic-thinker who thrives on solving challenges through bold, straight-to-the-point design and creative
- A passion for getting to the heart of a brief before building a multi-faceted and effective solution
- The ability to explore and rationalise a range of ideas and thinking
- The confidence to drive your own projects forward, or work as part of a team to bring others with you
- Experience working with B2B clients or in technically challenging industries
You’ll be comfortable using:
- Full Adobe Suite
- Figma
Working across:
- Motion - Video and animation
- Digital - UX/UI/Responsiveness/Journey Planning
- Print Artworking & repro
We offer the following great benefits:
- Balance - Hybrid working (Mondays and Fridays WFH)
- Environment - Light, open plan offices, 10min walk from Hove seafront with a breakout space and good espresso on-hand
- Money matters - Fair Pay, employer contribution pension scheme and a performance-related Christmas bonus
- Time for you - 22 days holiday plus your birthday and Bank Holidays. Additionally, we close our doors over Christmas and New Year to spend time with friends and family
- Open dialogue and development - Dedicated 121 sessions and an annual personal development plan
- Flexible - We appreciate there are moments where you may need to make adjustments, whether working remotely or leaving early, we’ll always strive to be supportive and adaptable
- Social - We have two major socials every summer and Christmas, along with various meals and activities across the year
For over twenty years we've worked in partnership with clients to take them forward through real-world results… and we're only getting started. Does this sound like your kind of place? Send us your portfolio and a message letting us know why.
