SPACE Aberdeen is looking for a Part Time Housekeeper to help maintain the presentation and cleanliness of our student accommodation in the heart of Aberdeen city centre. You will play a key role in ensuring our residents and visitors enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment every day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and takes genuine pride in their work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our communal areas, including:
- Reception and entrance areas
- Student social spaces and gym
- Laundry room and shared facilities
- Corridors, stairwells and lift areas
- Public toilets and welfare facilities
- External entrance areas and grounds (where required)
You will carry out daily cleaning tasks, complete housekeeping checks, report maintenance issues and help ensure the building remains presented to the highest standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Has previous cleaning, housekeeping or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Takes pride in delivering high standards
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, organised and self-motivated
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has a positive, friendly attitude
- Can work independently and manage their time effectively
