Who we are: Scotsman Group is a collection of over 50 venues. Lots of our venues are housed in grade A & B listed buildings, carefully restored, expanded, refreshed, and put to good use. We have restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, bars, cinemas and more. We are looking for a talented Housekeeper to join our SPACE student accommodation.

The Role: We are looking for a Housekeeper who will be a part of the launch of this new development and who will help us to establish a unique service offering which provides world-class customer service in an outstanding property that will support us to deliver an exceptional student experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning the kitchen and living areas of the shared apartments monthly and public areas daily to a very high standard.
  • Complete extra cleaning tasks for the property monthly as required.
  • Maintaining the high levels of cleanliness and presentation of both public areas and our apartment living areas.
  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists.
  • Restocks soaps, toilet rolls, air fresheners in communal bathrooms as required.
  • Efficient and economical use of supplies provided.
  • Keeping storage areas clean and tidy and stocked up.
  • Adhering to Health and Safety and company policies.

  • Great attention to detail, to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, to anticipate and deliver customer needs.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent time keeping skills.
