The Client Experience team sits at the heart of the agency and acts as the main point of contact for our clients, working closely with them to help deliver against their marketing objectives. The team is responsible for taking the clients' briefs and establishing the right strategy and products to deliver what they need. The role largely centres around application of omnichannel media planning and buying, and other capabilities that the agency offers, including data strategy, technology, performance creative and SEO/GEO. Overall, our team is responsible for maintaining that relationship and ensuring that Space & Time continues to provide best in class service.

The Client Experience team are looking for a confident Performance Manager to work on our property clients with strong Account Management skills to manage the day-to-day running of their clients’ accounts for our Manchester office. You will be the main point of contact for the client and will be responsible for managing the daily activity and strategic development of our pillar clients, from taking the brief, developing the media strategy, and working with the internal specialist teams to provide the right solutions to meet your client’s objectives.

Key duties:

  • Own the day-to-day strategic direction, performance and client experience across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring activity is aligned to client objectives and delivers measurable business outcomes.
  • Build trusted client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and providing confident recommendations, strategic guidance and performance insights.
  • Work with Senior Client Experience members to take accountability for the commercial performance of client accounts, ensuring activity is delivered profitably whilst identifying opportunities for growth, cross-sell and additional value creation.
  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated growth strategies, working collaboratively with specialist teams across Media, Organic Growth (SEO/GEO), Technology, Data and Creative.
  • Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities, challenge thinking and drive continual optimisation of client performance.
  • Ensure campaigns, projects and client initiatives are delivered to a consistently high standard, proactively managing priorities, risks, deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coach, support and develop more junior team members, sharing knowledge, encouraging best practice and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
  • Champion innovation, new ways of working and AI-enabled efficiencies that improve client outcomes, team effectiveness and agency performance.
  • Contribute to agency growth through proactive client development, thought leadership, referrals, case studies and support of new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate the agency values of Own It, Help Others Grow, Make A Difference and Find Solutions in interactions with clients, colleagues and partners.
