Contract: Permanent, Flexible Hours
Minimum Hours: 4 hours per week

About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in ensuring our accommodation remains clean, safe and welcoming for residents and guests. You will work across a variety of areas including communal spaces, apartments, studios and bedrooms, maintaining the high standards that SPACE is known for.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning student bedrooms, studios and apartments to a high standard.
- Maintaining communal areas including kitchens, lounges, corridors and amenity spaces.
- Preparing rooms for new arrivals and completing departure cleans.
- Reporting maintenance issues and any health and safety concerns.
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
- Delivering an outstanding standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods, including student arrivals and departures.
