The role
Sales Advisors are central to everything we do at Space Station. You’re our friendly face, providing the information our customers need. You also promote the store within local communities and to businesses.
This role is full-time, working 5 days out of 7, with some weekend and bank holiday working. This role will also cover our WestBromwich (Handsworth) store as required.

What you’ll do
Sales and Customer Service
- Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
- Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
- Provide outstanding customer service, always keeping our values in mind
Administration
- Handle new enquiries, complete contracts and chase debts
- Liaise with the removals contractor when required, use the removals calendar
Cleaning and General Maintenance
- Take pride in the site and maintaining excellent standards
Banking and Petty Cash
- Reconcile cash, credit card, Direct Debit and BACS payments
- Complete petty cash float checks daily
Charity Participation
