The role
This is a temporary position, to cover maternity leave for a fixed period, ending on 1st May 2026, covering our stores in Swiss Cottage and St John’s Wood. Sales Advisors are central to everything we do at Space Station. You’re our friendly face, providing the information our customers need. You also promote the store within local communities and to businesses. This role is full-time, working 5 days out of 7, with some weekend and bank holiday working.

What you’ll do
- Sales and Customer Service
- Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
- Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
- Provide outstanding customer service, always keeping our values in mind
- Administration
- Handle new enquiries, complete contracts and chase debts
- Liaise with the removals contractor when required, use the removals calendar
- Cleaning and General Maintenance
- Take pride in the site and maintaining excellent standards
- Banking and Petty Cash
- Reconcile cash, credit card, Direct Debit and BACS payments
- Charity Participation
