Sous Chef – London, UK
Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join their team in a busy, high‑quality hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to company standards
- Supervise and motivate the kitchen team
- Maintain high food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fast‑paced kitchen
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional food
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have a valid Right to Work in the UK
