Our client is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Food & Beverage Manager to lead their food and beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of food and beverage operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and operational efficiency
- Monitor budgets, stock control, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Work closely with senior management to drive revenue and service excellence
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering results
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Must be based in the UK with a valid Right to Work
