Training the team to company standard; ensuring the Colour aspect of the Novice Induction is completed with all new starters; scheduling the Colour training around business needs, logging each training session and attendees; observing and supporting the team on the spot with customers; delivering unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge; exceeding sales targets and delivering LFL growth, along with ATV, AUS and conversion; inspiring the team in Colour category and contributing to Space NK becoming a Colour destination.
