Key Responsibilities
- Work as one team to deliver a consistent "customer first" experience.
- Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
- Follow all stock‑handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise loss.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team.
- Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors.
- Fully embrace the team effort and take pride in achieving the common goal.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment.
- Maintain up-to‑date product knowledge and share it with the team.
- Understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Achieve sales and KPI targets through a customer‑first approach, acting as an ambassador for the brand with passion and enthusiasm.
