Space NK in West London Distribution Centre is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Analyst to join the Technology Support team. You will provide first-line IT support for end users across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, POS hardware, and network basics.
Based in London, the role covers 5 days out of 7 with 9:00am–5:30pm hours and occasional travel for store estate upgrades. You’ll help deliver excellent customer service while building essential IT knowledge early in your career.
