Space NK is seeking a motivated Technical Helpdesk Analyst to join our Technology Support team at the West London Distribution Centre. You will provide first-line IT support for end-user devices, applications, and network services, with a 9:00am–5:30pm schedule and five days out of seven, including weekends.
Some travel to support store estate upgrades may be required. This role suits an early-career IT professional who enjoys problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.
