Fragrance Expert Overview The primary responsibility of the Fragrance Expert is to drive sales and meet KPIs through a customer-first approach. Acting as a brand ambassador, they share their passion, enthusiasm, and product knowledge to inspire customers and teammates alike. Key Responsibilities Customer First: Deliver exceptional experiences, provide unbiased advice focused on fragrance brands, build customer loyalty, and collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent customer-first approach. Sales and KPIs: Drive fragrance sales, exceed targets, grow sales and LFL growth, and follow stock handling policies to maintain accuracy and minimize loss. Communication: Communicate effectively with the store team and external partners. Team Support: Contribute to shared goals, create an inclusive environment, and lead fragrance training sessions. Store Operations: Adhere to company policies, including loss prevention practices. Skills Required Deep passion and enthusiasm for fragrance, with a desire to inspire others. Strong customer service skills with confidence in consultations. Results-driven, understanding KPIs and store targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and honest. Innovative and self-motivated, able to work independently. Availability to work evenings and weekends for events. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
