Visual Merchandising In-store Specialist in City of Westminster

The VM Specialists main responsibility is to deliver visual merchandising standards, rate card updates, brand installations, and new launches, across the store. With a passion and enthusiasm for visual merchandising, they will liaise closely with the store management team, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure activations are delivered on time and to brand expectations. They must aim to deliver:

  • Our Brand Vision and Mission by living our values and behaviours
  • A visually inspiring and inviting store environment across all VM guidelines
  • A fully compliant store, adhering to all company processes and polices, Attract New customers through our brands
  • Delivers installations, rate card activations, and brand launches on time
  • Understands the impact that visual merchandising has on acquisition of new customers and driving KPI\'s
  • Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
  • Flexibility to work out of hours to support visual merchandising updates, launch new brands, events and promotions
