The Keyholder’s main responsibility is to assist the management team to maximise sales and profitability whilst supporting and retaining a high performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a ‘customer first’ experience, exceeding expectations and ensuring consistency across the team.
- Support the team with product training and knowledge to provide unbiased customer advice.
- Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
- Maintain stock file accuracy by adhering to all stock handling policies, minimising stock loss.
- Ensure team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS and conversion targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, focusing on achievement.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with all internal and external business partners to drive opportunities.
- Analyse business reports to review weekly, monthly and yearly performance.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable environment for employees to thrive.
- Observe and communicate performance‑related feedback in a timely manner to the management team.
