The Colour Specialist’s main responsibility is to drive Colour sales through training and increase team skill levels and selling confidence.

Role Responsibilities
- Training the team to company standard
- Ensuring the Colour aspect of the Novice Induction is completed with all new starters
- Scheduling the Colour training around business needs, logging each training session and attendees
- Observing and supporting the team on the spot with customers
- Delivering unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
- Exceeding sales targets and delivering LFL growth along with ATV, AUS and conversion
- Inspiring the team in Colour category and contributing to Space NK becoming a Colour destination
