Beauty Advisor Overview
The Beauty Advisor’s main responsibility is to achieve sales and KPI targets through a customer‑first approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they are an ambassador for the brand.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
- Work as one team to ensure a ’customer first’ experience is delivered consistently
- Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge
- Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
- Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team
- Confidently communicate with external business partners, store visitors
- Fully embrace the team effort and take pride in achieving the common goal
- Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and share with the team
- Understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures
