Luxury Skincare Advisor Overview

The Luxury Skincare Advisor's main responsibility is to achieve sales and KPI targets through a customer-first approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they are an ambassador for the brand, specialising in luxury skincare.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer First
  • Delivers a 'customer first' experience exceeding customer expectations
  • Delivers unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
  • Works as one team to ensure a 'customer first' experience is delivered consistently
  • Provides our customers with expert advice with particular detail and focus on our luxury skincare brands
  • Goes above & beyond in delivering an exceptional level of service for the luxury skincare shopper
  • Builds, grows & connects with a loyal customer base, specifically for our luxury skincare brands
  • KPI's
    • Exceeds sales targets and delivers LFL growth along with ATV, AUS and conversion, with particular focus on our luxury skincare brands
    • Responsible for driving growth of these brands with a focus on sales and ATV
    • Exceeds the company acquisition target for N.dulge
    • Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
  • Communication
    • Communicates clearly and concisely with their store team
    • Confidently communicates with external business partners and store visitors

    • Fully embraces the team effort and takes pride in achieving a common goal demonstrating the 'We Are One Team' value
